StoreChime

StoreChime Agents

AI that watches the floor — and only acts how you allow.

StoreChime Live lets humans see and hear visitors, carts, checkouts, and purchases. StoreChime Engage lets humans start the conversation. StoreChime Agents watch that same realtime activity and take approved actions to help convert visitors.

Business plan only. You choose Observe, Recommend, or Auto on each website.

Agent modes

Same live stream. Three levels of autonomy. The Agent never invents a discount, rewrite, or checkout change you did not approve.

Observe

The Agent watches live activity and writes a reason. Nothing is suggested or sent to the visitor.

Recommend

The Agent alerts you in Live — for example a large cart at checkout — and you decide whether to chat or ignore.

Auto

The Agent may open the existing Engage chat, send messages, and hand off to a human. Offers and other site actions only run if you approve them.

How AI can close more web sales

These are the moments Agents are built for. Chat, alerts, and human takeover are available on Business today. Offers, merchandising, and A/B experiences ship only as merchant-approved actions.

AI proactive sales

Available on Business

This visitor has been on the pricing page for 4 minutes, returned twice this week, and just opened their cart.

In Auto, the Agent can start Engage chat: “Hi! I noticed you may have a question before checking out. Can I help?” In Recommend, it asks you first.

AI cart rescue

Available on Business

A visitor reaches the cart and hesitates.

The Agent can answer questions in chat. Later, under rules you define, it will be able to offer an incentive you already approved.

Checkout assistance

Available on Business

A visitor reaches checkout and stalls.

The Agent can reach out while they are still there instead of waiting for a later abandonment report.

High-value visitor treatment

Available on Business

A large cart or strong buying intent appears in Live.

In Recommend, the Agent can alert a human instead of chatting: “$1,850 cart at checkout. Engage?” You choose Chat or Ignore.

Human handoff

Available on Business

The Agent starts the conversation and decides a person would do better.

Take Over in Live moves the same Engage window to a StoreChime operator. The visitor stays in one conversation.

Approved actions coming next

The Agent will be able to pick from experiences you publish — never invent a one-off deal on the fly. You stay the store owner.

Dynamic discounts

Cart over $200, returning visitor, no purchase after 5 minutes.

Offer 10% off if they complete checkout now — only if that offer is on your approved list.

Real-time A/B testing

Two approved experiences are ready for the same moment.

Instead of a static cohort, the Agent can pick an approved experience from context and measure what happened.

Dynamic merchandising

A visitor is comparing products or lingering on a collection.

The Agent can change an approved promotional block, recommendation, CTA, bundle, or offer based on what they are doing.

AI upselling

Someone adds Product A to the cart.

A StoreChime event fires. The Agent selects a complementary product from your approved catalog, and the website can display that offer.

What the Agent will not do

  • It will not invent a discount or coupon you did not approve.
  • It will not change your theme, prices, or checkout unless that action is on your approved list.
  • It will not chat in Observe. It will not chat in Recommend until you click Chat.
  • It stops selling after a purchase on that visit.
  • You can pause the Agent, ignore a visitor, or take over any conversation.
