Create a StoreChime website
Use the shop’s public domain (yourstore.com), not only the myshopify.com URL.

Subscribe in Shopify
Choose Starter (Live), Portfolio (Live + Engage), or Business (adds Agents) on Shopify’s plan page. The charge is on your Shopify invoice.

Install the StoreChime Shopify app
Install from the App Store, then paste your site key (it starts with sc_site_).

Turn on the theme embed
In the Shopify app, open Enable the theme embed. Or go to Online Store → Themes → Customize → App embeds and turn on StoreChime.

Open Live
Hear the cart. Hear checkout. KA-CHING the order. Chat them on the store before they pay.
What the app does
- Puts one StoreChime script on your theme. No extra chat widget to install.
- Stamps the visitor onto the Shopify cart so checkout and orders keep their map location.
- Listens to Shopify cart, checkout, and order webhooks. You never paste webhook URLs.
Honest limits
StoreChime Engage works on the store — product, collection, and cart. It does not appear on Shopify Checkout. Shop Pay or Buy Now that skip the theme can still KA-CHING the order, but may not show the shopper’s city.
